If you want to send us money the old-fashoned way, just write your name and address on a piece of paper and send it to us along with a cheque or postal order. If you feel the need to fill out a form, you can print out the one below. Please don't send cash, as it invariably goes missing before it reaches us.

We offer a special rate for two members living at the same address, who would like to get two copies of the magazine, but don't mind them being sent together.
