In Spanish, "soy" means "I am." So when my vegetarian son eats his "faux chicken" soy patties, he can truthfully say, "I am what I eat."

I read about something called 'Hufu'.
Apparently it is a vegetarian version of human meat. Apparently it tastes the same and even has the right texture.

Those whacky veggies eh?

They probably went to the Cook Islands or asked some inmates from various prisons to get it right.

I've been told, but I'm not sure, that The Cook Islands were one of the last places to encourage cannibalism until a few years ago when it was outlawed.
