No one interested in the footy then?

Will we end 38 years of being unable to beat Sweden tonight? I go for a 2-1 win for England.

I care, but I can't watch much of it with the time difference. I'd tape it, but it's never really the same watching a taped match. Besides, it would interfere with my taping of Coronation Street and I can't let that happen.

I think you've been watching too much of the soaps, I'd say the ineffectual being has it with Joss Ackland for Rune.

Too much Coronation Street?! Blasphemy! Why I just learned today that the roses V leaves in V for Vendetta are named after the actress who played Ena Sharples. Everyone loves the Street, even fictional terrorists.

That post was meant for the casting thread...
Holby is the only soap I much care for, stopped watching Eastender around the time they killed off the bloke from Spandau Ballet.
Connie can perform heart surgery on me anytime. In Love

Never seen Holby. We don't get it over here. BBC America used to show Eastenders but dropped it, presumably for low ratings. I never got into it much when it was on here, but when I was in Birmingham my friends mother tried very hard to get me hooked on it and on Emmerdale. They weren't bad, but I probably only have time enough for one soap in my life.

Can we have a lactose-free choice on the poll? I'm not much for footy and although I love it, I'm not allowed cheese. Crying or Very sad
How about Kittens or something? Not for eating, obviously. Rolling Eyes

Are lactoseless cheeses foul then?

As far as I'm concerned, yes. Unfortunately I love Brie and Port Salut and have no chance of enjoying either. Goat's cheese is the devil's toejam. Confused

You should try the lactose enzyme pills. They work well for me. I read somewhere that only soft cheeses like brie have lactose and that hard cheese like parmesan are fine. Even a cheddar should be alright, if it's really lactose that's your problem.
