have booked the hotel and paid the good ole congestion charge on line. they are a bunch of fleesing gits, that londonium council!

there is this disclaimer thing that states 'You Will Be Watched Everywhere You Go, - click to agree' which is all a little bit weired, even by sproutlore standards!

So, i will, purposefully now, drive to a book shop and park outside, go in bookshop and buy a copy of Catcher in the Rye to see what happens.

i may, or may not see the lot of yous later, dependant on the said happenings that happen.

if you know what i mean, and i'm sure you do.

Disclaimer; i am not or never have been an affiliate to any dodgy terrorist organisations apart from the human race and sometimes, when i wake up after a good night out, come to refute any assumptions that i am a paid up member of even that. Which is actually most of the time.

Hmmmm.

Hope you all had fun. I can assure you that I am REALLY annoyed about being forced to stay in bed all day and missing meeting all my friends (and some aren't even imaginary!) and generally having a good time. Crying or Very sad

I spent all day working - most of it trying to find someone to reboot a piece of equipment in Brussels. It would have actually been quicker to fly there and do it myself.

Being in bed all day sounds like a much better option (as long as you have the right company of course).

I can assure you that even with my darling boyfriend besides me being in bed was not fun - but only because I'm ill and too sore for cuddles. Sad

Sorry you couldn't make it Clara, we did in fact have a wonderful day (some people had a wonderful night before as well - Dr Hill is 51!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope I look as good when I get there - thou slightly less hung over! )

I was mega late and missed Lee and Grahams talk - gutted I was. They did do a drunken fast flick through the pictures for me much later on which was nice and Lee signed my Guide to Brentford so when he gets geet famous I can flog it on ebay for a million trillion pounds. Very Happy

And in the most important news, the Sproutlore team totally beat the ZZ9 ers playing Family Fortunes even with Billys amazing answer of Marvo Man to name a Superhero. and Lee's equally fabulous answer of Mickey to name a robot!!!

Thanks James and everyone else involved it really was a lovely day!

Why is Marvel Man a wrong answer? As I understand it he's a British superhero with a distinguished history before Marvel comics caused them to change the name to Miracle Man.

Because in family fortunes you're looking for one of the top responses given by those surveyed not an actual correct answer. Hence Pluto was a correct answer to the name a planet question and if recall correctly 13 was a correct answer to the irrational number question. Sadly 'a very angry number 53' wasn't. Grin

Ah, I see. We had that over here, only it was called Family Feud. My favourite Family Feud moment, one that made me laugh so hard I nearly wet myself, was when a woman was asked, "In what month does a pregnant woman usually start to show," and she answered September. Laughing
