Aren't all those cartoon women redheads? I am sensing a pattern here. I can't think of any characters from the cartoons I watched as a kid that I lust after, but there are a few anime males I've seen as an adult that definitely do it for me. Sanosuke from Rurouni Kenshin is my biggest crush, but there are others. And I wouldn't kick Batman from the animated series out of bed, although none of the live action versions of him do it for me.

Oh, and because I can't help being pedantic sometimes, none of those are Disney characters.

I don't remember ever fancying cartoon characters, but in recent years I had a bit of a "thing" for Kestrel from the Queen of Wands webcomic (now sadly finished). Random introduced us, and was love at first sight. Embarassed

Another redhead! I love that comic, and have the "READ porn" t-shirt and the comic over my desk.

The thing I like about animated characters, not necessarily as lust objects but just in general, is that it is more purely the character because the actor's face, mannerisms and previous roles aren't colouring your perception of the character like they are in live action. This is becoming less true with a lot of the dubbed anime, though, because the same voice actors work in many, many shows. The actor who dubbed Spike in Cowboy Bebop is is absolutely everything these days. Now that theatrical releases are using known actors most of the time, it will probably not work for long. I'd curse George Sanders for starting it with Shere Kahn, but I like him too much to complain.

Gaz
Off the top of my head you might like a strip called The Devil's Panties - I'm doing a re-read of the archives having recently re-discovered it and I have to say it's one I'm very fond of.
In case you haven't seen it you might also like Two Lumps as I seem to recall you're a cat owner.

There's a whole bunch of other amusing ones out there, depends on what you like.

As a graphic artist, amongst my many talents, I'd happily draw Lisa's 'two lumps'. Is she a redhead, most important, unless you're Halo Jones. cor.

> Ah Random, you know me too well.

I'm assuming you already read Alien Loves Predator too? If not, I recommend it. Definitely one of my favourites. I can also recall seeing Least I Could Do mentioned on here before, and there's a whole host of others out there. Now there's an interesting discussion, what webcomic suggestions do we all have that other people might not have seen? I have quite a sizeable reading list but am always willing to expand it. Some are there for story, some for comedy, and so on.

Of my current regular webcomic reading only White Ninja Comics is one of those ridiculous, non-sequitus comics that I feel I can say appeals to everyone Very Happy I hope.

I also read (that I feel are of some note):
Malfunction Juntion which I know Janet is a fan of, and is fantastic "Journal" comicry
Perry Bible Fellowship is fantastically obtuse and very very random, but perfectly formed humour

As Gaz suggested as well, I think it was Random who got me into web-comicry as well, via Real Life Comics which ironically enough I do not read any more... Although I got into a lot of comics VIA that, which lead to other comics and so on...
