was going through some old work stuff recently and came across a name i reconised very well. one john o'mally who i worked with when i was eighteen. so that's just over ten years ago now. he was irish in his forties at the time and a bloody nice man from what i remember. anyone else got any names from the books?
p.s. i know it's spelt ever so slightly different, but i thought it too close to care.

yeah but that's cheating as they have met the main man (as far as i'm aware). i knew the o'mally i refer to before i read any of roberts books and he could for all i know be the inspiration. i'm talking coincidences or people unaware.
