Today at 0925 in the morning my lovely wife Donna gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Weighing in at 7lbs and 8 ozs. Not chosen a name as yet but the choices so far are either Morden or Corben. Maybe Korben. Not too sure yet. Very Happy

Make his middle name 'Danger'.

So then in the future when he is trying to impress someone he can actually be telling the truth when he says 'Danger is my middle name.'

I begged my sister to give her son the middle name 'Danger' but she declined and instead neglected to give him a middle name.

Ohhhhh how I wish I'd thought of that 6 months ago. The bruising from the missus might just have gone by now..... Grin

Many congrats!
The day my Dad was born, his brother was at the cinema. Apparently he loved the movie he'd seen so much, he spent days trying to convince his parents to call the new baby "Red River"! Rolling Eyes

Let me guess, they named the after-baby that instead?

Well done to you all, is he your first? Just you wait until he's on solids, then the nappies get really interesting!

thats a lovely name reddragon, I just googled it to see if it had a nice meaning though and all the websites have no meaning and say its a girls name. Just thought I'd better mention it!

Did you choose it from Farscape?

Yeah, a little bit worrying that - every reference I found for Talyn was as a girls name (derivation of the Armenian name Taleen). Apart from the Farscape reference where it says Talyn was named after Aeryn's *father*....

Still, it's unusual enough for it not to matter really. Posh and Becks got away with Cruz as a boy's name even though they live in Spain where it's a commonly used girls name....
