Just wonderd if anyone has sorted out fancy dress costume for the book launch party?

I believe the theme is What I wanted to be when I was all growed up.

How many Astronaughts and Marine biologists should I expect to have to push past at bar? Of course the younger generation of Sprouts will probably just come dressed as a member of the I T Crowd or a Z list celebrity Housemate.

So what are you coming as?

I think I'm going to try to get a costume together, although what I'm thinking of is somewhat elaborate and may be rather too complicated and time consuming to get going in time.
You'll just have to wait and see.

Oh well that one's easy - you just need a bin bag with a dead prostitute in it. Eek

I don't think I'll be giving much away by saying mine will be "one small step for man...."
Cool

This is an easy one for me - for my 5th birthday I got a little nurse outfit 'cos that's what I most wanted to be. Of course if I still had it it wouldn't fit, but I've put together the adult version, so that's what I'll be coming as! Very Happy

I wanted to be a door maker. I imagined myself with a long white beard and a flowing robe, cycling around the town with a door I'd just made on the back of my bike.
Strange child...

NO - but I did consider it and then telling everyone that I'd always wanted to be a Laydeeeee, decided it wasn't that funny and certainly not true Laughing

I really didn't want to be anything when I grew up & when I eventually do grow up I still have no ambition.

I think that means you are required by law to turn up naked. Smile

The silence in response to this revelation says something...
