Finally I have every single Robert Rankin book in my possession.
It was hard, I had to buy some of the books several times (Brentford Chainstore Massacre and A Dog Called Demolition especially), since I've develloped a nasty habit of giving them away to strangers who I think might like them and go on to be world famous Rankinites..

So there.

Just for the record, da da de da da code wasn't really one of the best (the old ones really are always the best, aren't they).

On a side note, here's how you make a toyminator:

But have you got a proof copy of NECROPHENIA yet? Eh? Ah-ha!

I am currently reading said tome and thoroughly enjoying it - that Mr Rankin does make exceedingly good books Smile

I can't make Zombiecon either as I'll be in Spain this time tomorrow....

I think we really need an event in, say, Derby, in the new year.....

Well it has a bloody great big huge station (complete with a "Bogie Division"), so I'm guessing trains go there from lots of places. Sorry I can't be any more specific than that..... Laughing

Bogie Division? Its a helluva long way to drive a bogie. The train would be easier.

Bogie Division, yes. Never seen said bogies, only a sign on a gate betwixt station and hotel....

It's somewhere in the middle. There's a direct train from Edinburgh that takes just under 5 hours. Coaches take a bit longer than that since they go via Birmingham which is about an hour further down than Derby.
