My publishers are postponing the publication of Necrophenia until December. As it is my thirtieth book they are going to make something of a fuss of it with a big book tour in January and a Big exclusive Sproutlore launch and signing party. This being the case there will be no event on 11th July at Gunnersbury Park, I'm sorry about that and sorry too for all who have purchased the new book in advance from Amazon and will have to wait another six months. But trust me folks it will be worth it, Necrophenia is my biggest book yet and there will be exciting things happening at the end of the year and in January,
I'm looking forward to seeing as many of you as are coming to Zombiecon in September and big things will be happening there. All info will be in the new Brentford Mercury that will soon be winging its way to you. Assuming that you subscribe to it, of course.
All the very bestest to all
Robert

The wait is a shame, but I was struggling a bit for July 11th so I'm not to dissapointed.

Ta for the heads up

Roll on Dec/Jan...

Oxford is a nice place for a book tour (if you can get hold of the manager of waterstones) I could give you a historical tour of pubs and off liscences. Maybe a Punting fratila down the thames. What do you say? There really is only one answer.

Please come north of the border this time? We scots are lovely people honestly. Ok we may fight and drink a lot but thats just natural high spirits. If you dont want to come to Scotland too far then Dumfries is verfy nice. Robert Burns wrote some of his best peoms while living here and JM Barrie grew up here. Also we have a restraunt called Sawney Beans Bar and Grill which never ceases to amuse me. How about Carlisle? Its not too far from Dumfries.... Glasgow? Edinburgh?? Oh please just come to Scotland this time please please please...

As soon as I know where I'm going I will tell you. I have asked my publicist at Orion to set up thirty signings, which has frightened him somewhat. So if you'd like me in a shop near you, please ask if that shop fancies me doing a signing in January and if they do please post up the names, addresses, phone numbers, details etc onto this thread and I'll get right on to them.
Does that sound okay?
If I get them all lined up, the publicist can hardly say no. Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

Lincoln would be good as it's one of the appearances that were unfortunately canceled when you were taken ill though if I was being thouroughly selfish I'd suggest 'Buy the Book' in Newark which has a rather nice jazz coffee shop.
